The guarantee will be reduced or invalidated if:
Oral hygiene is neglected.
Dentists's instructions are not followed.
Removable restorations, such as partial dentures or full dentures are not maintained properly.
Annual check-up is not regularly attended and carried out by Trust Dental Care.
Damage caused by accidents, sports or any third party, smoking or drug abuse.
Payment obligations to Trust Dental Care
The guarantee does not apply for the following::
Allergies, tooth illnesses and their consequences exfoliated after treatment and was not noticeable before intervention.
Damages caused by extreme stress (grinding teeth at night, gripping of the teeth).
Damage caused by intervention of other individuals, not members of the Trust Dental Care team. (i.e. other dentists, technicians).
Tooth-whitening procedure.
Inappropriate selection of the colour and shape of the dental work by the patient i.e. colour of crowns (we provide opportunity to choose during the preparation but we cannot take responsibility for the decision of the patient).
